CALL FOR PAPERS
The use of biometric measurements is acquiring paramount importance in many security and medical applications, not only from the theoretical point of view but also from the industrial perspective and practice. This workshop aims to present and discuss various technological, methodological and application issues in these areas, especially concerning, but not limited to, advanced sensors, signal/image processing techniques, patter recognition approaches, systems and applications.
Papers are solicited on all aspects of biometric theory and practice in biometric-based measurements and systems, specifically for security and medical applications.
SUBMIT EXTENDED ABSTRACTS OR DRAFT PAPERS BY 18 JUNE 2010
Details for the submission and all information concerning the symposium can be found at the symposium web site at http://bioms2010.dti.unimi.it/. Acceptance/rejection will be emailed by 1 July 2010. The final manuscript is due by 15 August 2010. Papers will be included in the proceedings only if at least one author will register by 15 August 2010 - no exceptions.
